Shipping Policy

We use Canada Post's Tracked & Signed options for all of our domestic and international orders. Please ensure that your postal address is correct before placing your order and that Canada Post can obtain a signature upon delivery.

 

Our delivery times are estimated by Canada Post and begin upon receiving our shipping confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification from us. Once an order has shipped, Babbalooba isn't responsible for any delays in the order getting to you, like busy postal service times or customs clearance. ​Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments might be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery.

Canada and U.S. Shipping

All our jewelry is handmade to order for you, please allow 1 to 2 working days before the item is shipped. Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery after shipping. Canada and U.S. shipping is free of charge.

International Shipping

All our jewelry is handmade to order for you, please allow 1 to 2 working days before the item is shipped. Allow 6 to 12 business days for delivery after shipping. International Shipping is free of charge for purchases over $150 CAD

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives faulty please contact us at hello@babbalooba.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photos of your faulty item. We will offer either a full refund or exchange. If you decide to exchange the item, we request that you to send the faulty item back to us (shipping will be covered by us). We will try our best to replace faulty items, provided a replacement is available. We only exchange faulty items for the same item.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact hello@babbalooba.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange your item and we will provide you with our returns address. The buyer must ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving our return address.

Any items shipped after 7 days might be accepted at our full discretion. All original shipping, customs and duties/tax are non-refundable. All items that are in sale, custom made, personalized items and all earrings are final and non-refundable, however, we can provide a credit note on your request.

We only issue full refunds on returned goods that are in perfect condition, have been unworn and are in all original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.

Babbalooba is not responsible for any return shipping costs or customs and duties/tax reimbursement. We only issue refunds or provide an exchange if the item was faulty when you received it.

Please send back all returns using tracked and signed options of postal service. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of shipping, this will make easier any claims to the postal service in case the package is lost (Babbalooba is not responsible for items lost in transit). After we have received your returned items, we will do our best to process them as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 30 days starting from the date of Babalooba receiving your returned items for the refund to credit your original method of payment or for us to ship your replacement item. Babbalooba reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
